The technical standard system for electric vehicle charging facilities is a hierarchical structure with systematicness, coordination, compatibility, autonomy and openness. It is divided into two levels and consists of 8 technical fields and 58 standards.
1. standard system framework
The first level is the technical field. Including 8 technical fields such as foundation, power battery box, charging system and equipment, charging and switching interface, power switching system and equipment, charging/switching station and service network, construction and operation and additional equipment, which are respectively represented by SC1, SC2, SC3, SC4, SC5, SC6, SC7 and SC8.
The second level is specific standards. The system number of the specific standard is NEA/TC3/Technical Field-Sequence Number. Among them: NEA represents the National Energy Administration, TC3 represents the Charging Facilities Standards Committee, the technical field is represented by SC1, SC2, SC3, SC4, SC5, SC6, SC7, SC8, and the sequence number represents the standard order in this technical field.
2. Standard Description
The standards set in various technical fields of electric vehicle charging facilities are as follows:
1. Foundation (SC1). It mainly includes terminology and basic provisions for grid connection, and 2 standards are set.
2. Power battery box (SC2). It mainly includes the size of power battery box, battery box rack and power bin standard involved in the power exchange mode, and a total of 4 standards are set.
Charging system and equipment (SC3). It mainly includes the technical requirements and test methods of electric vehicle off-board charger, on-board charger, AC charging pile and other related equipment, and a total of 10 standards are set.
4. Charging and changing interface (SC4). It mainly includes the mechanical and electrical interface requirements and communication protocols of electric vehicle charging and changing equipment, and a total of 11 standards are set.
5. Power exchange system and equipment (SC5). It mainly includes equipment standards and inspection methods for battery replacement, and a total of 4 standards are set.
6. Charging/switching station and service network (SC6). It mainly includes the general technical requirements of electric vehicle charging stations, battery replacement stations and service networks, power supply and distribution requirements, technical specifications and communication protocols of monitoring systems, etc., and a total of 11 standards are set.
7. Construction and operation (SC7). Mainly including electric vehicle charging facilities construction planning guidelines, technical guidelines, construction and acceptance specifications, operation management and measurement, etc., a total of 13 standards.
8. Additional equipment (SC8). It mainly includes the relevant ancillary equipment of charging and changing facilities, involving vehicle-mounted terminals, signs and identifications, etc., and a total of 3 standards are set.
