Responsibilities:
1, the customer's product review, quotation and mold and product cost control.
2, according to the customer's product drawings for mold design and output processing drawings, to ensure that the design of the mold in the production process is stable and reliable, product characteristics to meet customer requirements.
3. Follow up and coordinate the progress of the whole project, and assist in the technical guidance of relevant moulds outside and inside the factory.
4, the client design changes, review and factory sample tracking production.
5. Organize and file engineering data.
6, responsible for mold design, mold removal, drawing, product DFM data production and design correction suggestions, mold material definition, mold flow analysis moldflow
7, familiar with injection molding problem analysis, mold machining process
8, test mold confirmation.
9, the leading mold improvement changes.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, 23-35 years old, mechanical related graduation, more than 2 years experience (connector related mold is preferred)
2, can independently according to customer requirements for product structure design, drawing (plastic mold is preferred);
3, familiar with the design and design change process;
4, familiar with plastic PC,ABS,PA66 and other raw materials physical properties;
5, familiar with pro/e, UG, Solidworks, and other 3D and AutoCAD 2D drawing software;
6. CAE analysis ability is better, and mature product designers are better.
